Miller Building Group was retained by the developers and contractor of Parque Towers, a luxury residential community in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, consisting of two multi-story towers (29 and 26 stories) with 320 units. Following the project’s completion between 2015 and 2019, the condominium association raised allegations of construction defects. The core assignment was to provide expert opinions regarding the contractor’s standard of care, specifically responding to plaintiff claims of insufficient supervision and direction.
